Some stories are meant to be rewritten, while others deserve to be explored with care. I’m here to walk beside you as you heal, grow, and find strength in your journey.
I’m Nada, a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) passionate about supporting you through life’s challenges with curiosity, compassion, and care. As a bilingual therapist fluent in Arabic and English, I offer a multicultural perspective, recognizing the intersections of identity, culture, and mental health. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
My approach is relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed, integrating diverse healing modalities to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, or self-discovery, we’ll work together to uncover your strengths, overcome barriers, and move toward healing and balance.
I am committed to 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming care and incorporate anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and anti-Zionist perspectives in my work.
Your story matters—let’s explore it together.

As an Arab-American Muslim therapist, I aim to provide a culturally informed, safe, and supportive space for healing and growth. In my work, I practice building a foundation of trust and understanding, ensuring that you feel cared for, respected, and supported to show up as your fullest self.
We will work together to identify areas of your life you’d like to focus on and explore patterns and behaviors that may keep you stuck. I will be an active and compassionate listener, providing thoughtful guidance and direction as needed. My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual is worthy of a peaceful and wholehearted existence. Together, we will explore what that means for you and uncover the tools to help you achieve it.
I love working with young adults from all walks of life, and I am committed to creating a space that is inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed. My work is 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming and incorporates anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and anti-zionist perspectives.

I work best with people who tell me I am the cutest dog they have ever seen.
I am an 18 month old Cavalier King Charles. I’ve been with my forever family for over a year now, and I’ve heard them say that I’ve turned their life upside down, which must be so fun for them. I am the goodest dog (I think), and I love them unconditionally.
I will jump on camera during therapy sessions if I sense that someone is sad and needs my support. My mom tells me not to, but I noticed that it makes the person less sad, so I will keep doing my job and one day they will understand my method.
I am still training to be a therapy dog because I love making people happy and can’t wait to have my own clients.

Asking for help is hard, but it’s easier than struggling on your own, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I love being part of the transformation a client goes through from feeling alone and hopeless to realizing that there is always hope. Life is full of possibilities, and we can help you find them.
I specialize in helping young professional women conceptualize their business goals and launch their first successful business. In addition, I support young professional women in identifying the barriers that may be preventing them from achieving their goals and providing them with concrete actionable steps to overcome these barriers. This can look like unlearning the stigma that society has imposed on young women leaders and supporting them in building self-esteem, confidence, and healthy boundaries in their personal and professional life.

I work best with young professionals who are struggling at work or in their personal relationships and feel stuck.
Taking the first step to start therapy can feel intimidating. You may not be sure what you should be looking for in a therapist, or you might feel that no one is really able to help you. All these feelings are normal.
My approach to therapy is to create a supportive and compassionate space that will allow us to challenge and explore patterns of behavior, relationship dynamics, thoughts and experiences, while allowing healing to occur on the path to achieving your therapeutic goals.
Each individual’s path to healing is different. My background in Family Trauma Therapy gives me a unique approach. I use various therapeutic modalities that are person-centered and trauma-informed. I have experience treating adults from diverse cultural backgrounds having a range of concerns. I am also bilingual in Arabic and English.
