Build healthy relationships with your partner, family, at work, and more!

Many people struggle to set strong personal boundaries due to fear of rejection, a desire to please others, or a lack of assertiveness skills. Without clear boundaries, you may find yourself overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and experiencing a sense of loss of control in your life.

You may often feel taken advantage of, face difficulty saying “no,” and become entangled in unhealthy relationships or situations. Over time, the lack of strong personal boundaries can lead to increased stress, decreased self-esteem, and a reduced ability to prioritize your own needs and well-being. If this sounds familiar, then this handbook is for you!

We have created this 6 page guide and questionnaire to help you learn to set and enforce healthy boundaries in order to foster strong relationships, protect your emotional and mental health, and reclaim a sense of empowerment and self-respect.

DON’T LET FEAR KEEP YOU FROM LIVING

Support in creating the life that you want

Sometimes you don’t even know what is wrong. You may be feeling anxious, depressed, or worried about the future. You may not even know what you want from life. On paper, you should be happy. You’ve checked all the boxes put in front of you– gotten the degrees, job, achievements, all of those notches on the ladder that you expected to lead to a fulfilling life.

But you’re filled with fear- fear that you’ll mess up at work, fear about disappointing your family, fear that you don’t measure up to where everyone else is, and maybe most of all, fear that everything you’ve worked so hard for isn’t even what you really want.

We are here to tell you that you’re worthy

Worthy of confronting your fears. Worthy of a life that feels authentically yours. Worthy of relationships that feel safe enough to express how you really feel. Worthy of trusting your gut when something feels off, and trusting that things can get better.

FIND CLARITY & PURPOSE IN LIFE

Our approach to healing

Our therapists are experts in trauma and are committed to a holistic, customized approach that targets the root of the problem. Our approach is compassionate, curious and creative. Our practice is also completely online so that therapy is easily accessible for the busy on-the-go professional.

Inclusive

Trauma, depression, and anxiety do not discriminate. They are universal, human problems. We’re committed to providing anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care.

Holistic

Through somatic therapy we’ll address physical symptoms showing up in the body, along with inner child work to reacquaint you with the unmet needs of your younger selves, and EMDR which helps reprocess traumatic memories.

Tailored

Gaining insight into how your upbringing may be impacting your current life gives you agency and allows you to decide what healing looks like for you. We support your self-leadership, so that you can become your own healer and handle whatever life throws you.

How it works

1
Schedule a FREE 20 minute consultation

Schedule a FREE 20 minute consultation. Begin your journey by scheduling a consultation with one of our therapists. During this call, you can tell us what has led you to seek therapy, and hear how we can help you with your specific concern.

2
Schedule your first therapy or coaching session

If you feel comfortable to move forward after the consultation call, we will schedule your first therapy session. This is an initial 60-minute session to gather background information and discuss your therapy goals.

3
Meet weekly
After our initial session, we will meet for a 45-minute session every week. Weekly meetings allow for a consistent space where you can process your emotions, learn and practice coping skills and techniques, and work towards your goals.

Build healthy relationships with your partner, family, at work, and more!

    THERAPY DOG/INTERN
    SHE/HER

I work best with people who tell me I am the cutest dog they have ever seen.

I am an 18 month old Cavalier King Charles. I’ve been with my forever family for over a year now, and I’ve heard them say that I’ve turned their life upside down, which must be so fun for them. I am the goodest dog (I think), and I love them unconditionally.

I will jump on camera during therapy sessions if I sense that someone is sad and needs my support. My mom tells me not to, but I noticed that it makes the person less sad, so I will keep doing my job and one day they will understand my method.

I am still training to be a therapy dog because I love making people happy and can’t wait to have my own clients.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & LIFE COACH
    SHE/HER

Asking for help is hard, but it’s easier than struggling on your own, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I love being part of the transformation a client goes through from feeling alone and hopeless to realizing that there is always hope. Life is full of possibilities, and we can help you find them.

I specialize in helping young professional women conceptualize their business goals and launch their first successful business. In addition, I support young professional women in identifying the barriers that may be preventing them from achieving their goals and providing them with concrete actionable steps to overcome these barriers. This can look like unlearning the stigma that society has imposed on young women leaders and supporting them in building self-esteem, confidence, and healthy boundaries in their personal and professional life.

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR & LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
    SHE/HER

I work best with young professionals who are struggling at work or in their personal relationships and feel stuck.

Taking the first step to start therapy can feel intimidating. You may not be sure what you should be looking for in a therapist, or you might feel that no one is really able to help you. All these feelings are normal.

My approach to therapy is to create a supportive and compassionate space that will allow us to challenge and explore patterns of behavior, relationship dynamics, thoughts and experiences, while allowing healing to occur on the path to achieving your therapeutic goals.

Each individual’s path to healing is different. My background in Family Trauma Therapy gives me a unique approach. I use various therapeutic modalities that are person-centered and trauma-informed. I have experience treating adults from diverse cultural backgrounds having a range of concerns. I am also bilingual in Arabic and English.

**My work stems from an anti-racist/anti oppressive lens**
